The atmosphere is buzzing. Spectators are watching with anticipation. Competitors are feeling the last minute nerves. The countdown of the biggest race of the year begins.

Take a backwards step to the moments leading up the big race. Teams have engaged in problems solving activities, competed in friendly games and accumulated Billy Cart parts. The construction of the Billy Cart has commenced and the unique artwork each team has added to their vehicle determines where they will start on the grid. Teams have collaborated, regrouped and strategized the race carefully. Drivers have been chosen, uniforms and safety equipment supplied and cart assembled. There is only one thing left and that is a race around the track, competing for glory and the championship.

This team building program package includes: Uniformed facilitators, 5-6 rotations which include problem solving, communication, fun and interactive activities, music, billy carts to assemble, tools, decorations, scoring sheets, prizes for the winning team, first aid, energy treats, program brief, wet weather contingency plan, complete setup and pack down, pictures of the program and professional service from start to finish. Additional items such as bandannas, team shirts and memorabilia can be included.
